El grupo Laboratorios Microal SCL ha remitido al Juzgado de Instrucción número 10 de Sevilla un informe que refleja que una muestra de un lote de carne 'La Mechá' de la empresa Magrudis dio positivo por listeria el pasado mes de febrero. Según han informado fuentes judiciales, el informe remitido, que ha sido admitido para avanzar en la investigación por la juez instructora Pilar Ordóñez, indica que se avisó en tiempo y forma a Magrudis de la contaminación de sus productos por la listeria.
