Una mujer de 57 años y nacionalidad española fue detenida el pasado 20 de septiembre como presunta responsable de los delitos de estafa y usurpación de estado civil. La investigada se hizo con el DNI de otra persona y trató de sacar 45.000 euros de su cuenta bancaria. Además, se le atribuye otro hecho de la misma naturaleza cometido en La Coruña, cuando, supuestamente, entró en una entidad bancaria y consiguió 20.000 euros mediante la presentación del DNI de la titular de la cuenta. Por otro lado, la Policía Nacional ha detenido en Marbella a un hombre argelino como presunto responsable de un delito de estafa. Las víctimas eran personas de edad avanzada que se encontraban realizando operaciones en cajeros automáticos, a las que robaba las tarjetas para luego utilizarlas.

On the other hand, the National Police have arrested an Algerian man in Marbella as allegedly responsible for a crime of fraud. The victims were elderly people who were conducting operations at ATMs, to whom he stole the cards and then used them.
