La secretaria general del PSOE-A, Susana Díaz, se ha mostrado convencida de que el presidente de la Junta, Juanma Moreno, quería líos con el Gobierno central sobre la cuestión de las entregas a cuenta a las comunidades autónomas para tapar su incapacidad al frente de la administración regional. La dirigente socialista ha remarcado que el Gobierno andaluz llevaba semanas intentado buscar la pelea con el Gobierno y metiéndose con el presidente del Gobierno en funciones, Pedro Sánchez y la ministra de Hacienda en funciones, María Jesús Montero, diciendo que no les daban a Andalucía lo que merece, por ello, ha ensalzado el esfuerzo brutal que ha hecho el Ejecutivo central para arreglar esta cuestión, que ojalá hubieran hecho Rajoy y Montoro con ella cuando era presidenta.
